It sucks that in the end all of that kind of doesn't matter, either. It's supposed to end with ritual sacrifice, whether our new goat allies are actually allies or not doesn't change that. It just means this can be harder or easier.

As opposed to Karma being pro-leeches? [she does sort of sigh tiredly.] Maybe we should find a better way to get people to stop bringing the leeches out of the swamp and leave them where they belong.

I wonder if we can ask the goats to eradicate them. They can live in the swamp, but keep our stream clean!
