Is it because of the Camille murder plan?

I don't like being out of the loop, but it was a good plan and it worked. Being a little annoyed isn't that big a deal.

... It's just hard to party with people dying all around us. In general.

Hmm... Yeah. I wouldn't say this is how I spend my time after multiple bodies dropped, but people cope in weird ways.

A little worried some of you guys are getting too used to it.

Some people here might be more used to it. Some of you come from kind of high-stakes situations.

Sure, but some people are more equipped for that and to defend themselves against it.

It's like... I don't think I'd want Matsuno to get used to murder like it's entirely normal.

Why not? [ or more like: why him specifically? ] I don't think he's getting numb to it or anything.

[ That's really it. Ashlyn may be young, but she's seen stuff... A lot of other teens have, too. ]

Even the people that came from difficult situations are just guys... People adapt. It only matters if they adapt well.

[situationship]

I guess the thing is that they shouldn't need to adapt. They're going back to relatively normal lives if we survive this.

[ Hm! ]

But I guess they'll return with new skills, if we all make it out. Either way! My point is that I'd rather avoid desensitizing.

It would be nice if they didn't need to. But I don't think anyone who adapts to this will go home and... I don't know, recreate it, you know?

They'll just need therapy or something. [ barely knows what therapy is ]
